Muffins (and cakes I guess - but mainly muffins) are about the only things I can actually cook well. Though having said that I cooked a pretty amazing vegan wellington the other day (its somewhere between a cornish pastie and a pie) . Anyhow, the muffins were ace, if I do say so myself. I did 24 in total, half vanilla, half choclate. Oh, what radical high jinks!
